Gluing Machines: Stencil Gluing Machines

The Stencil Gluing Machine can be supplied in numerous working widths. The sheets are glued from above with a three roller system. With positioning accuracy the glue application on the material is made with a rubber stencil which is fixed to the stencil roller. The manual feeding of sheets is made by a pusher bar which is synchronised with the speed of the stencil roller. For working of paperboard a pressing roller device belongs to the standard equipment of the machine. After the glue application process the sheets are delivered automatically onto a conveyer belt of 3 meter length enabling a further operation from both sides of the belt. The machine is available for cold glue processing only. If large quantities of glue are to be used, it is recommended to have installed a glue circulation pump together with an automatic glue level control.
